Section 1: Before Booking

Do I need to get airspace approval?

No.
All airspace authorization is handled by One Five Echo Unmanned LLC.

As an FAA Part 107 certified operator, we coordinate:

  • LAANC authorizations

  • Controlled airspace approvals

  • Night operation compliance

  • Temporary flight restrictions review

You do not need to navigate FAA systems. We manage regulatory compliance on your behalf.

Are you insured?

Yes.

Every operation is covered by drone liability insurance appropriate to the mission scope. Coverage includes:

  • General liability

  • Property damage

  • Bodily injury

  • Per-job coverage adjustments when required

Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for your records or procurement requirements.

What happens if weather cancels the flight?

Safety comes first.

If wind, precipitation, visibility, or cloud ceilings create unsafe or non-compliant conditions, the flight will be rescheduled at no penalty.

We monitor:

  • Wind speeds

  • Gust factors

  • Rain and storm activity

  • Visibility requirements

  • Solar positioning for optimal imaging

Our goal is to deliver usable data, not just complete a flight.

How far in advance should I book?

Standard projects should be scheduled:

  • 3 to 7 days in advance for general missions

  • 1 to 2 weeks in advance for construction progress documentation

  • Longer for recurring operational support or multi-day projects

Urgent requests can often be accommodated depending on airspace and weather conditions.

Do you travel?

Yes.

One Five Echo Unmanned LLC is based in the Pacific Northwest and regularly operates throughout Oregon, Washington, and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply depending on project location.

Section 2: On Flight Day

How long does a typical mission take?

Most projects require:

  • 30 to 90 minutes of active flight time

  • Additional time for site setup and safety coordination

Larger or multi-location projects may require extended operational windows.

Exact duration is discussed during pre-mission planning.

Do you need access to rooftops or interiors?

In most cases, no.

Operations are conducted from safe ground positions unless rooftop access is required for inspection coordination. If access is needed, it will be discussed in advance.

Will operations disrupt work?

Minimal disruption is a core priority.

Flights are coordinated to:

  • Avoid interfering with personnel

  • Maintain safe buffer distances

  • Prevent workflow interruption

  • Protect privacy and restricted areas

We operate with professional discretion and clear communication.

What safety procedures are followed on-site?

Each mission includes:

  • Site survey and risk assessment

  • Airspace review

  • Obstacle and hazard identification

  • Emergency landing planning

  • Visual observer support when required

  • Strict adherence to FAA Part 107 regulations

Safety is not an afterthought. It is built into every operation.

Section 3: After the Flight

When will I receive deliverables?

Typical turnaround times:

  • Standard imagery: 48 to 72 hours

  • Edited marketing media: 3 to 5 business days

  • Larger projects: timeline determined during planning

If expedited delivery is required, that can be arranged.

What format are files delivered in?

Deliverables are provided via secure digital transfer and may include:

  • High-resolution JPEG imagery

  • 4K video files

  • Optimized web and social media versions

  • Labeled progress documentation sets

  • Custom file structuring for recurring clients

Specific formats are tailored to your needs.

Can I request revisions?

Yes.

Reasonable revisions for editing adjustments are included in project scope. Additional edits beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Our goal is to ensure the final product meets your intended use.

Who owns the media?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The client receives full usage rights for business and marketing purposes upon payment.

One Five Echo Unmanned LLC retains the right to use media for portfolio and marketing unless restricted by NDA.

Custom ownership terms can be structured for government or private clients.
